My story is, well kind of a mess… Let me explain.
Growing up I helped my dad with his bakery. And man was that a delight – literally and figuratively. Of course, the taste-testing of products was an all-time fav, but so was understanding how a business is run.
As I got older I began going after my dreams of being successful in business. I tried out many things, as we should when we were young, and got into real estate thinking that was the end all be all.
Man was I far from the truth.
I didn’t do bad, but it wasn’t my dream either. Although, I did enjoy the video marketing side of things when I got the chance to help a homeowner.
Walking through the house, Producing a video that hit all the great points, Visualizing what it would be like if it was my own, and Putting my feet in the shoes of the future homeowner. I LOVED it.
So, what did I do next?…
I went into video production and editing at a marketing firm.
Now that was Awesome – Because I was able to dig into the nitty-gritty of editing, producing, and directing. ALL of the above. And the icing on the cake (Pun Intended) – I actually enjoyed doing it!
After a while, I thought “it’s time to take my next big step” and I haven’t looked back since…
Remember, I said before I used to work at my parent’s bakery? Always smelling those red velvet cakes, homemade chewy chocolate chip cookies, and ohh! .. those decadent, yet simple cinnamon rolls. I had to include a piece of that with me. So I named my company ‘Cinnamontography’- It just rolls off the tongue.
Sweet, isn’t it?
Now what I do is help people like YOU! People that have a business, that need to build a Personal Brand to reach their customers. Having emotion grabbing, scroll stopping, eye-catching moving imagery – the best they’ve ever seen.
Okay, that was a bit much, I know, but I’m just so passionate about videography and I had to get that out.
Now as I did mention, I’ve worked at a marketing & advertising agency, and have been doing this for some time. So I do have pretty SWEET work I’m excited to tell you about. I’ve worked with ‘Mom and Pop’ businesses making short films, to working with BIG name brands like UNT, Urban Air Adventure Park, Rusty Taco, Fat Tuesday, (Gasping next breath) GorillaPro, Gas Monkey Garage, Outlaw Fitcamp, and the list goes on…
